Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Website located at yourfamilylawadvocate.com (the “Website”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website operated by Your Family Law Advocate, a Florida law practice owned and operated solely by attorney Mary Zogg. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

  1. About This Practice

Your Family Law Advocate is a solo law practice with offices in Clermont, Florida (230 Mohawk Road, Clermont, FL 34715) and Orlando, Florida (501 North Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801). Mary Zogg is the sole licensed attorney at this firm.

Mary Zogg is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education — a credential earned by fewer than 1% of family law attorneys in Florida. Board Certification requires demonstrated peer recognition, judicial evaluation, a rigorous written examination, and verified trial experience. It is The Florida Bar’s highest recognition of expertise in a practice area.

In addition to her Board Certification, Mary holds a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College (Crummer Graduate School of Business) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo — a combination of credentials that is exceptionally rare among family law practitioners.

Services offered include family law (dissolution of marriage/divorce, paternity, modification, contempt and enforcement, relocation) and estate planning (wills, trusts, power of attorney, healthcare surrogate, and guardianship designations). Serving Lake County, Central Florida, and surrounding areas.

  1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your use of this Website, submission of any online form, submission of an intake questionnaire, sending an email, calling the office, or otherwise initiating contact does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and Mary Zogg or Your Family Law Advocate.

An attorney-client relationship is only established when:

  • Mary Zogg has agreed to represent you;
  • You have agreed to retain her services; AND
  • A written engagement agreement has been signed by both parties.

Until a formal engagement agreement is executed, Mary Zogg has no obligation to keep your communications confidential beyond the general ethical duties described in the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct.

Nothing on this Website, including any blog posts, FAQs, social media content, videos, educational materials, articles, or any other content, constitutes legal advice. All information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Laws change, and the applicability of any legal information to your specific situation depends on facts and circumstances unique to you. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information on this Website without first consulting a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

Reading this Website does not make you a client of Your Family Law Advocate, and Mary Zogg is not your attorney unless and until a formal written engagement agreement is signed.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Any case results, testimonials, examples, or other outcomes described or referenced on this Website are provided for informational purposes only. Past results do not guarantee or predict similar outcomes in your case. Every legal matter is unique, and results depend on the specific facts, applicable law, and circumstances of each case.

Mary Zogg makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any legal matter.
